Low-key comfy stop

AccommodationStayed here on a short work trip. Woke to quiet mornings. Room felt clean, comfy; small issues though.
Terrace mornings
Terrace mornings
AccommodationWoke up on the terrace and actually relaxed. Room felt cosy and the bed helped my sore back after the move. Huge soaking tub was a treat. The rooftop infinity pool is wild — you can see straight down. Glad we booked it, honestly.

AccommodationI arrived over Easter on a hot day and the place looked promising — sea right there. First impression was odd though. The motorway is loud and you can’t open the windows without feeling like you’re on the highway. The AC didn’t really keep up, so the room stayed a bit muggy at first and I was annoyed. Staff were helpful, brought a fan and had a good attitude, which calmed me down. Rooms spotless. Lighting and design are mellow and comfy. Pool being closed in nice weather was disappointing. Breakfast was decent. Not flawless, but ended up pleasantly surprised.
Night by the station

Accommodationgrout around the bath showed mould, and the little milk cartons and tea supplies in the room weren’t topped up, which was annoying. The hallway carpet looked a bit stained too. Still, for a practical, short stay it worked well enough — not fancy, but usable.

Accommodationannoying delay, honesty issues, lost sleep. But the room itself worked fine once we were moved and the booking process had been straightforward. Would I go back? Maybe, if the price is right and I’m warned about potential night issues.

AccommodationI recently stayed at a hotel that claimed to be a luxurious 5-star spot, but let me tell you, it was very far from that. The room didn't have air conditioning even though they said it did, which was a major letdown. And on top of that, the general manager was so unprofessional and kind of mean, which just made my stay even worse. I suggest looking for another hotel that actually cares about being honest and treating their customers right.

AccommodationThe hotel was in a great spot right in the city, so it was super easy to check out all the nearby attractions. The room was clean and had everything we needed to be comfy. The only downside was the air conditioning was kinda noisy, especially considering how much we forked out for the room. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The staff were nice, but seemed more into chit-chat than making sure we had a good time.
Disappointing room booking

AccommodationAwful experience, eh? Booked one room, got another when we got there. Power went out, but somehow there was a room free. No phones, no room service, furniture was gross and broken. Only one English TV channel and way too expensive. Worst hotel stay ever. Don't bother staying here, do yourself a favor.

Accommodation
I recently stayed at this hotel and oh boy, it was a total disaster. First off, the location was awful - couldn't even see it from the street and had to find my way through some sketchy alley just to get there. And let me tell you, lugging my suitcase up and down stairs? Not fun. And get this, no Wifi in the room! Can you believe it? For a hotel like this, it's just not on.
But wait, it gets even worse. Two fire alarms went off while I was there, and everyone had to evacuate. What a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend staying here to my worst enemy. And on top of all that, I've been a loyal customer in the NH loyalty program, but none of the NH hotels I've visited lately have given me the time of day. It's like they don't even care about me.
Stay at a 'not 4 star hotel'

AccommodationBreakfast was alright, room was pretty decent, wifi keeps cutting out, dinner was awful, front desk service was subpar, no hot water in the bathroom, offered a 2-hour late checkout but ended up being charged for it. Definitely not going back to this chain of hotels.
