Communicationno long holds, no runaround, and the upgrade showed on my confirmation shortly after. Still a little wary at first, but ended up pleased. If I have a wish, it'd be clearer where to reach them (I used +34 928 40 24 18) and maybe an email follow-up instead of just voice; that would make it perfect. I’ll use them again next time I travel, if needed.

Communicationchaotic, like everyone arrived at once, and the front desk phone? Good luck getting a live person before you’re already halfway through your trip. Booking online was fine, but any follow-up questions? Dead air or slow replies. The check-in staff themselves were okay once I found them, friendly enough but clearly juggling a dozen things. Luggage showed up later than I’d hoped, and room service took even longer — the burger arrived limp and underwhelming, but the fries were decent, so, mixed bag. Buffet nights felt crowded and rushed; people elbowing about, plates getting refilled with yesterday’s-looking stuff, which was meh. On the flip side, when I needed help with a late checkout the manager sorted it out without drama, so points for that. I started using the teppanyaki place one evening and the chef was playful — maybe went a tad too far with jokes, which was awkward — but the food was mostly fine. Overall: not flawless, and at times frustrating, especially the customer contact before arrival, but it covered the basics. If you want slick and shiny, look elsewhere. If you just need a place to crash with mostly polite staff and tolerable food, it’ll work. Just be prepared for a few annoyances and follow up yourself if you need anything done on time.
