On-siteThe boarding process was a bit of a mess on the flight from Madrid to Malaga. It took way too long for everyone to get on the plane. They shouldn't let people with a bunch of carry-on bags go on first because then it's hard to find room for everyone's stuff. Also, it's not cool to change people's seats without telling them and then make them do a whole online thing to get their money back. They should put customers first and fix these problems right away.
