I was really nervous before I booked — and, well, that worry didn't vanish. Customer service couldn't help me, nobody seemed to understand proper English and my wife ended up stuck while I paid double elsewhere. Not great, but at least now I know to double-check cancellation policies next time. Heads-up to others.

To be honest, I really wish I had looked into things more before going ahead with booking through this company. I booked a hotel a few months back, but it ended up getting cancelled and I still haven't gotten my money back. When I reached out to customer service, all they told me was that my refund was sitting in their hyperwallet, but didn't give me any more information or a timeline for when I could expect to see it. It's really frustrating to deal with this lack of clear communication and the long wait for my money back. I wouldn't recommend relying on this company for any bookings.
