PriceMy time at this place has been pretty good. They offer a variety of transportation options that have been reliable. The only thing that bothers me is all the extra things they push you to buy during checkout. They kept trying to sell me insurance, SMS notifications, and other things I didn't really need. It just makes everything take longer and feels like they're trying to squeeze more money out of you.

PriceThat was such a horrible experience! I accidentally paid for the same trip twice because their website was all messed up. I reached out to their support right away to fix it, but they didn't cancel one of the payments or give me back any cash. Their customer service is seriously lacking and it's really disappointing. I suggest finding a different booking platform to use instead. Even after I made a ton of complaints and sent a bunch of emails, they only gave me back their fee for managing things, not the full amount for the second ticket.
