My buddy and I organized a trip from Agadir to Marrakesh and booked everything online. When we got to the bus station, they attempted to pull a fast one on us by asking for more money. They said that online payments were not allowed, but we knew that was a fib. On top of that, we shelled out quite a bit for the bus ticket only to discover that there was no wifi or even a bathroom on the bus. The company running the bus, called "Charaf Bus," seems to particularly target women for overcharging. Don't get caught in their scheme!

I bought some last-minute ferry tickets for a trip from Padangbai to Gili T. But when I got to the harbor check-in office, they said my tickets weren't good. The staff wouldn't let me get on the boat, so I had to get new tickets. It was a really disappointing and frustrating experience, and the customer service was no help at all. I definitely wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

Oh man, what a nightmare! We thought we had everything all set for our trip from Bangkok to Koh Samui, but dang, were we ever wrong. We phoned twice to double-check the meet-up spot, only to discover when we got there that there was no transportation available. Stuck during Songkran with all our bags and gadgets, we had to figure our way out of that crazy situation for hours. It was a total disaster. And to make matters worse, they switched the meeting spot without giving us a heads up. Can you believe it? And on top of all that, they wouldn't even give us a refund for all the trouble and stress they put us through. Crazy!
