I recently booked a bunch of travel stuff in Thailand using this site. I got an overnight train from Bangkok to Surat Thani, then a private ride to Krabi, and finally a bus & ferry combo to Koh Samui. At first, I was a bit worried because of some bad reviews, but everything turned out great. All my bookings got confirmed, the timings were correct, and the connections worked out perfectly. No issues at all, so I'd totally use this service again. The only bummer was the uncomfortable train ride from Bangkok to Surat Thani, but that's not the platform's fault.

I'm so stoked that I used 12Go for booking my train tickets to India! I didn't even bother checking out the reviews beforehand, but it all worked out perfectly. I came across this company on a super cool website and decided to go for it. Booking my tickets in November on the website was a breeze. I received an email right after booking and then got the confirmation the next day. When we checked our booking on the train site before our trip, everything was good to go. We had our seat numbers sorted and the guard recognized us when we boarded the train. So yeah, everything went smoothly and I was really pleased with the whole experience!
