I recently bought a train ticket for my trip from Ninh Binh to Hanoi on this website. At first, I was a bit unsure because of a bad experience I had in Vietnam before, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I paid 16 euros for the ticket two days ago, but I haven't heard anything about my booking since then. This lack of updates is making me nervous about my journey tomorrow morning. I tried to file a complaint, but they said I needed a reservation number, which I never got. When I contacted customer support, they just said to be patient because the reservations aren't instant. Even though I've been waiting patiently, I still haven't received any email about the status of my booking.

I am so frustrated! I booked my ticket days ago and now they're saying there are no seats left for my trip TOMORROW. Can you believe that? They didn't even bother letting me know beforehand! How unprofessional is that? I don't want a refund on their stupid account, I want my money back in my bank NOW!

I went on a trip to Asia for 2 months and used this website a lot to book my transport. Most of the time everything went smoothly, but there was this one time where I didn't receive a voucher and email for my booking. I had to book again because of this issue. The confirmation email I got came only one day before my trip, and it had the wrong appointment time on it. I basically paid for nothing because of this mistake. When I tried to reach out to customer support, they didn't respond to me twice. On top of that, it was quite confusing to figure out how to login to see all my vouchers initially. They should make it easier with a normal account setup like any other website.

Booking our trip online was super easy. We found our tickets without any problems, but the downside was we had to physically check in before leaving. Showing the pdf on our phone wasn't enough. This caused some confusion and delays, especially with locals who didn't know the deal. Also, we didn't get the full itinerary ahead of time, so planning was tough. On the trip, we had quick 20-minute meal stops that we didn't know about. In the end, it was okay, but there's definitely room for improvement.

So, I just bought some train tickets on this website, and let me tell you, I’m super disappointed with the service I got. I booked the tickets, got an email confirming everything, and was told I’d get the actual tickets soon. But, even after waiting for more than 24 hours, I still didn’t get them. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all, and just brushed me off, saying it was too late to cancel and get a refund. It felt like they were stealing my money and leaving me high and dry without the tickets I already paid for. The whole thing was so frustrating and made me pretty mad.

Sorry, eh, but I gotta say I've been let down by 12Go when booking bus tickets lately. Normally, they've been good, but my last couple tries in Vietnam were rough. I paid up, but then no confirmation for over a day. Not cool, you know? When you're trying to make travel plans, that lack of info is a pain. Couldn't risk it, so I asked for my money back.
