Handling my server has been a breeze lately! The support team has been absolutely fantastic and always ready to lend a hand with any issues that pop up. The servers I got from this company ain't working at all, and when I try to get some help, I run into all sorts of roadblocks. It's so annoying that there ain't much support available, and having to jump through hoops to install extra stuff and confirm my personal info just to get assistance is just not right. It shouldn't be this hard to get some help for the services I forked out money for, eh?

I just bought a virtual server for gaming, and let me tell you, it was a total headache. I paid for the server, but then ran into problems when my card expired and I couldn't update the payment info. I had to resort to using PayPal, only to find out later that my server got deleted even though I was already charged. Trying to reach out to customer support was a bust, all I could find was discord and useless guides. The lack of help cost me hours of time and left me feeling pretty unhappy with the whole service.
