The servers I got from this company ain't working at all, and when I try to get some help, I run into all sorts of roadblocks. It's so annoying that there ain't much support available, and having to jump through hoops to install extra stuff and confirm my personal info just to get assistance is just not right. It shouldn't be this hard to get some help for the services I forked out money for, eh?
