Damaged item in order
My recent purchase was not good at all. When I got my order, I saw a big hole in one of the items. I tried to return it online, but they wanted to charge me $15 for handling a damaged item, which was surprising. Also, I couldn't exchange it because it was marked as "out of stock" on the return page, even though it was in stock on their website. I sent two emails and called them a bunch of times, but no one from customer service got back to me. The return deadline is coming up soon, so if they don't fix it in time, I might have to talk to my credit card company.

Attempted reservation correction
I just tried to fix a reservation I made with this company because the pick-up and drop-off times were wrong. I tried using their "Change Reservation" link, but I just ended up going in circles and got nowhere. I sent two emails to the company but never heard back. I ended up having to cancel my reservation altogether. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend using this company for your car rental needs.

Recent online clothing purchase
So, I was checking out this online store for some new clothes, right? But man, their customer service is seriously lacking. I've been trying to get in touch with them about returning some stuff that didn't fit, but no luck. I've emailed, called, even messaged them on Facebook, but nothing. They keep saying they'll send a return label, but nada. It's frustrating that there's no option for self-service returns, you know? And time's ticking on that 30-day return policy. It's a bummer not being able to get ahold of them to sort this out.

So I bought a piece of body jewelry online and was really excited to get it. But I ended up having to email their support team twice just to get any info on my order. It was frustrating how they didn't keep me updated. Finally, when I heard back, they told me my order had already been delivered, which didn't make sense to me at all. And then, when they admitted they had given me the wrong info, they didn't really seem to care. I was pretty let down by the whole thing and felt like I didn't get my money's worth.
