I ordered this adorable belly button ring, eh? But would you believe it? I never got it! And can you believe when I contacted them about it, they actually had the nerve to ask if I checked the mailbox? Seriously? Good thing PayPal had my back, they totally saved the day for me, eh!
Overpriced jewelry
The jewelry they sell here is soo pricey for what you actually get. I found the same things online for way cheaper. The only positive was that they did give me a refund when I said something.

So I bought a piece of body jewelry online and was really excited to get it. But I ended up having to email their support team twice just to get any info on my order. It was frustrating how they didn't keep me updated. Finally, when I heard back, they told me my order had already been delivered, which didn't make sense to me at all. And then, when they admitted they had given me the wrong info, they didn't really seem to care. I was pretty let down by the whole thing and felt like I didn't get my money's worth.
