Account cancellation issue resolved by Eimy
I had a problem with my account getting cancelled out of nowhere by someone I never even talked to or met. It really bugged me and I had no clue what to do, so I gave customer service a ring to figure it out. Luckily, I got to chat with Eimy and she was a total superstar. She stayed calm while I was all wound up, kept it professional the whole time, and really came through in getting my account sorted out. I was amazed by how fast and well they dealt with the issue, making sure I got the item the very next day. The service I got was really outstanding and made me feel happy and appreciated as a customer.

My cat's expensive food
So, I got this really fancy cat food, thinking my cat would love it. But nope, turns out he won't touch it! Such a waste of money, ended up flushing most of it down the toilet. Pretty disappointing, gotta cancel my subscription now.
