TrackingI ordered from this fancy brand during their Black Friday sale and, man, did it turn out to be a bad decision! I never got my blazer and when I reached out to them, they just gave me the runaround. So I had to take things into my own hands and contacted the carrier who said there were issues with the delivery on the scheduled day. But despite all that, Zadig-et-Voltaire closed my case without sorting anything out, saying the tracking showed it was delivered. What a crock! They didn't bother to look into it more and just brushed me off. Well, I'm not putting up with that. I'll be making complaints everywhere I can so others don't get scammed by their sketchy ways. Stay clear of this company with their terrible customer service – they'll just waste your time and money without a care. Seriously, avoid them if you want to keep your sanity and your wallet safe.
