DeliveryI recently bought something online and it was a total disaster. I ordered on January 9th, 2023 and had it sent to a pick-up location at a parcel shop. But the package never showed up there. And on top of that, I still haven't gotten a refund for the stuff that didn't come. When I tried to reach out to customer service about it, it was a total mess. They don't even address your actual problem, just send out generic messages that don't help at all. It's really disappointing to see a company that's supposed to be reputable treating its customers so poorly. I definitely recommend avoiding this company if you don't want to waste your money and keep your peace of mind.
