the carrier was, for once, straightforward and neighbours helped corroborate the story, so I’m not just imagining things. But overall I’m left without my blazer, and without a real resolution from the seller. I’ll be filing complaints and I’d be cautious ordering from companies that don’t have local support. Might try them again if they improve service, but right now I won’t risk it. For reference, a similar boutique gave me a refund over the phone once, so this seems avoidable now.

I ordered some really nice clothes online, eh. But when they showed up, they were all wrinkled like a crushed piece of paper! I sent them back on December 16th, but haven't heard a thing since. Their customer service is not getting back to me at all. I swear, I'm never shopping from them again.

That was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. They kept a ton of money from my returns and wouldn't even bother replying when I asked about it. So disrespectful, especially considering how much those clothes cost. You just shouldn't treat your loyal customers like that, it's not right.
