PriceI used to love this place, but now I'm not so sure. The prices have gone up a lot for no reason. The quality is just okay, but they keep raising the prices by 150-200 euros every season. It's really disappointing. And to top it off, I went to the store today and it was closed...on a Wednesday! I thought they were a big brand. Shouldn't they be able to keep their store open?

PriceI bought a charm from your store not too long ago, but I lost it. I asked about getting a new one, but was told I have to buy a whole new bag that costs over 400 dollars just to get the charm. Before, I could buy the charm on its own for 25 dollars, but now it's only with the bags. I think if I'm spending that much money, I should be able to just buy the charm. It seems like you care more about money than making customers happy.
