ProductThe customer service at this store is terrible! They canceled my pullover order for no reason, even though it was still in stock. I had to buy it again through a friend, which was a pain. And to top it off, the pullover shrank and felted after I washed it following the instructions, even though it cost me more than $100. This is just not okay for a brand that claims to be high-end. Zadig & Voltaire really needs to improve their quality control if they want to compete with more affordable street fashion brands like Zara or Arket. I'm never coming back here again!
