ServiceOddly, I almost didn't call the Westbourne Terrace shop — I figured they'd be out. I called anyway and Enzo, the manager, dug around and sorted me out. Used the item this week; first impressions are solid. Not flawless — small scratch on packaging — but the help made the whole thing worth it to me.

ServiceI ordered something from this fancy brand's website, but they canceled it without even asking me! They said it was because the item was out of stock, but I never approved the cancellation. I tried to contact customer service, but they took forever to respond. It's so not cool to treat customers like that, especially when you're paying big bucks for designer stuff.
