I got this bag back in 2018 and I used it all the time for travel, hiking, and skiing. It was really cool and reliable...until one day at the airport, the zipper just stopped working. Like, seriously? But then I remembered it had a warranty, so I filled out a form and presto - they sent me a new bag for free, just had to pay for shipping. So yeah, overall, really great service and high-quality bags!

I bought some extra straps to go with my PRVKE Lite bag. After using them for a few months, one of the clips on the strap broke. I contacted customer service to make a warranty claim, and in just 15 minutes, they gave me a code to get a new set for free. I was really impressed with how fast and easy they were to deal with.

But now I'm a bit worried about the quality of the straps since the clip broke without much force. It's got me thinking if there might be a problem with the design that could cause more issues down the line. I hope the new set will be stronger and last longer.

My backpack from this place was so awesome. It lasted me 5 years until the zipper finally gave out.
