Mother's Christmas gift
I messed up and bought my mom's Christmas present from this website because the brand she likes was sold out. I got her the sneakers in her size, but when they came, they were all squished and really uncomfortable. The quality was terrible, and it was a big letdown.
boots for Christmas
I recently ordered a pair of boots from this store for Christmas. When the boots came, they weren't the ones I wanted. I called customer service to fix it, but they said I needed to send them back before getting my money back. So I had to go to UPS in the middle of Christmas chaos to return the wrong boots.
Durable shoes, fast arrival
The shoes got here pretty fast and they were in great shape, even though the boxes they came in were all beat up from shipping. Thank goodness the shoes themselves were fine. All in all, I'm really happy with what I got.
Got some new kicks for my bro
I got my brother some really cool kicks for Christmas, but got sent the wrong shoes in a smaller size - such a bummer! I tried contacting customer service for help, but they weren't much assistance, just said to return them and wait for a refund. What a disappointment!

I always look for sales on running shoes after Canada Day, and I found an amazing pair from this store! They had a lot of options to pick from, and the staff was really helpful in helping me find the right pair. The prices weren't too bad either, so I didn't spend a fortune. And the delivery was quick, so I got my new shoes in no time!
Fast checkout but difficult to filter for size
The checkout was super quick and easy, but man, trying to find my size on the website was a bit of a struggle. I had to click through a bunch of different colors before I could find the right size. It would be great if they made the sizing options easier to find and use on the website.
