Selfridges & Co - Reviews and experiences

Eh, so I bought this super nice leather handbag from Selfridges & Co, and let me tell ya, it was not a great experience, eh. When I got the bag, there were big stains on both the outside and inside. The folks at Selfridges admitted there was a problem, but instead of owning up to it, they tried to put the blame on me. I gotta say, that lack of responsibility was not cool, and definitely not very professional, eh.

I just treated myself to a nice pair of shoes that were super expensive, but they started falling apart after only a few times wearing them. The store and the brand were no help at all, they just blamed it on regular use. Luckily, Timpson's came to the rescue and fixed the problem for me!

I picked up this fancy perfume thinking it would smell fantastic, but it’s a total fake! I tried to take it back, but they wouldn’t let me return it. Even the folks at the perfume counter thought something sketchy was going on. It’s like they have robots running their customer service - the way they shut down my return was so robotic.

So, here's the thing - for Mother's Day, my kids got me this fancy floral arrangement from Selfridges. But the thing is, it didn't come with any care instructions, flower food, or even a card with a sweet message from my little ones. I tried my best to keep those flowers looking fresh, changing the water every day and all, but after just 6 days, they were already wilting. When I got in touch with Selfridges about it, they just told me to talk to the supplier, who basically brushed it off saying it's normal for flowers to start wilting after a week. But let me tell you, compared to flowers from the supermarket or other delivery services, the ones from Selfridges just didn't measure up in terms of how long they lasted and their overall quality.
