DeliveryI recently ordered a gift from Selfridges with next day delivery, but it's been 1.5 weeks and the gift still hasn't arrived because they can't find the address. They keep saying they'll try again tomorrow, but after multiple attempts, I had to cancel the order because my friend doesn't live in outer Mongolia. The customer service was terrible, no one seemed interested in helping. After three frustrating calls, I realized that dealing with Selfridges ends up costing you money, time, and unnecessary stress. It seems like the recent takeover has affected the quality of service, and it looks like Selfridges' future is uncertain.
