Returns & RefundsI bought two iPhones from OnBuy, but they arrived late, so I returned them. Now, I can't seem to get a refund and I'm really frustrated. Every time I try to contact support, I keep getting an error message and I have no idea how to get in touch with them. It's been a nightmare dealing with this and I just want my money back. Please help me, OnBuy!

Returns & RefundsIt's so annoying when you order something online and it's not what you hoped for. I had a recent experience with OnBuy, and let me tell you, getting a refund was not easy at all. Right when I realized the item I got wasn't right, I wanted to send it back. But the whole return process with OnBuy was a real headache. It took them like 4 or 5 days just to get back to me about my return request. I had to wait for the seller, then wait for OnBuy to step in, and then wait some more for a final decision. I was expecting a quick and simple return process, but unfortunately, that was definitely not the case with OnBuy.
