OnBuy - Reviews and experiences

My first time using OnBuy was a total mess - they ran out of the item I bought and didn't even update their listing. But give it another shot and it all turned out great! Quick delivery and top-notch product. Finally, OnBuy came through and made up for it.

Even though my package arrived quickly, I found it frustrating that there was no communication about where it was. The website was easy to use, and the items I got were good quality. But, just like lots of places that use Royal Mail, my package didn't show up on time. Royal Mail said they don't deliver on Saturdays, but my package didn't come until Monday.

My experience with OnBuy was amazing, eh! It was my first time buying from them and I gotta say, I was super impressed. The price for what I bought was really good, and I felt like I got good value for my money. They kept me in the loop the whole time about where my order was at, which was great. They even let me know when they couldn't deliver it, so I could schedule another time. All in all, the service was top-notch and I'll definitely be shopping with them again, for sure!

When I made my purchase, I got exactly what I ordered. But I gotta say, I was kinda let down by the lack of communication while my order was being processed. It's super important to me to know what's going on with my order, ya know? And that was definitely missing this time around. Even though the product was spot on, the lack of communication left me feeling a bit annoyed. All in all, the product was perfect, but they definitely need to work on their communication game.
