The remote-controlled helicopter I bought is pretty awesome when it comes to how it flies - it moves well and does everything it's supposed to. But the shipping and delivery were kind of lacking. It took a long time for it to get here, which was a bit of a downer. In general, I'd say the helicopter itself is great, but the service needs some work.

I like shopping at OnBuy a lot. Their stuff is always good quality and they deliver it really quickly. Everything I've bought has come in perfect condition and the packaging is well done. I've never had any problems with my orders, and I can tell they take care with how they pack everything up.

I was first interested in OnBuy because they have so many great deals and you can easily pay with Klarna and Clearpay. But, my experience ended up being not so great because of all the problems I had with my deliveries. Many times, I got orders that were missing items or items were just left outside my house for days after they were supposed to arrive. I know that these issues might be more about the courier or transportation services, but it still makes me nervous to place more orders with OnBuy. It's a bummer because I was really looking forward to checking out all the amazing deals they have, but the delivery issues have kind of ruined the fun of shopping there.

The delivery person basically just dumped the package outside without letting me know or anything, which I thought was really unprofessional. I tried to get in touch with customer service to complain, but man, it was such a hassle to reach them. The whole thing left me feeling annoyed and not impressed at all. My bike lights just took an incredible 5 weeks to arrive. I had to contact customer service several times, including OnBuy, the middlemen, Velcommendig, the seller, and EVRI, the delivery agent. The entire experience was quite frustrating, and the slow replies from customer service only made it worse. If OnBuy wishes to rival big players like Amazon and eBay, they really need to enhance their customer service effectiveness. Ultimately, time is precious, and waiting for weeks for a purchase is just not acceptable.

I just started using this online marketplace and honestly, I'm pretty impressed. Ordering was super easy and straightforward, which made the whole thing really convenient. The best part was that my orders arrived much quicker than I thought, which was a nice surprise. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience using this platform.
