This store has some really great stuff, but what really impressed me was the service. The staff member was so knowledgeable and helpful, which is hard to find nowadays. It was nice to have someone who knew what they were talking about and didn't just try to sell me more things. I was grateful for the advice and recommendations, it made my shopping trip much more enjoyable.

I just bought a new lamp and shade from this store and it was a great experience. The staff there, especially Nawel Dahane, were super helpful and took the time to help me pick out the perfect lamp for my place. They went above and beyond with their customer service and I really am grateful for all their help. It was an awesome shopping experience overall!

I just bought some stuff at this shop and the folks at the Harrogate location were super nice and really knew their stuff! They gave me some great advice on interior design and helped me pick out the perfect cushions for my garden room. There were so many fabrics, textures, and colors to choose from, I was so happy with what I ended up with. Huge thanks to Carole for all her help! I'll definitely be coming back to this store again.

I really liked the furniture I bought, but I gotta say I was kinda bummed about how long I had to wait for it to show up. It took a whole 6 weeks for it to finally get delivered, way longer than I thought it would. But hey, the delivery drivers, Tanka and Udaya, were awesome. They were super helpful, polite, and got the furniture to my place right on time.

I bought a rug from this company recently, and it didn't go very well. The info they gave me when I ordered was wrong, so I got pretty confused and frustrated. On top of that, their customer service was terrible. No one followed up with me, I didn't get any help when I needed it, and once I even got treated pretty rudely. I tried to change the delivery day to fit in with an appointment I had already made, but they said no. I did eventually get my rug, but the lack of communication and bad customer service while I was waiting has made me think poorly of this company. I won't be shopping here again.

I just bought a desk from this store and the delivery service I got was amazing. They emailed me a 2-hour window and the van showed up right on time. Terry and Darian, the delivery guys, were so nice and professional. They took really good care of my new desk when they brought it in and put it together. They even helped me move my old desk downstairs to get rid of it. Their service was top-notch and made the whole delivery process easy and smooth.

I've been eyeing this place for a bit, but I finally decided to pick up some things to spruce up my room after the makeover. When I went to the store, I saw some awesome pendant lights, but they only had one of the ones I really liked. The guy working there, Jason, was really nice and he went out of his way to call all the other stores to track down the ones I wanted. He was incredible and helped me a lot. Thanks a bunch, Jason! I'll definitely be back!
