Returns & RefundsI gotta say, my time at Nuuly as a customer has been pretty frustrating. The billing system and return process have been a real headache. When I got my subscription boxes, I saw that I was charged for stuff I already sent back not once, but twice. I ended up paying over $100 for things I didn't even keep. It's crazy that the company's system messes up like this just because there's no barcode on the clothes or if they rush when scanning items. It's a big problem that needs fixing ASAP. I feel let down and honestly, kinda scammed. I'm gonna make sure people know about these issues before they sign up for Nuuly.
