PriceI used to really like this company for their great selection of clothes, but things changed when they hiked up their prices. Their stock got really limited, so I couldn't find stuff I wanted. And to top it off, they kept sending me random items instead of what I actually picked out. The customer service wasn't helpful either, they just gave me robotic replies and didn't fix the problems. It was so frustrating, I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer. Finally, I had enough when they tried sending me the wrong item even though the one I wanted was suddenly available again. I won't be shopping there again because of their lack of care and attention to detail.
