TrackingMy experience with Nuuly has been a bit of a rollercoaster. The first month was great - fast shipping, items in perfect condition, and even a bonus find with tags still on. But this month, things went downhill. My package disappeared with UPS and it took forever for a customer service rep to finally get back to me. However, once we connected, she was fair and quick in giving me a refund and even added an extra item for my next order as a nice gesture. One thing that bugs me is the difference between the supposed month-long rental period and the actual return deadline, which cuts down the time I have to enjoy the clothes.
