Package photo, but not our porch
Package photo, but not our porch
DeliveryI was getting ready to try the pieces — honestly excited, they looked cozy online — when I opened the tracking and saw a photo of a doorstep that wasn’t ours. Not even close. We double-checked the shipping address — I mean, triple-checked — it was correct. So yeah, frustration set in. We reached out right away and the response was... odd. They wouldn’t tell us where the carrier actually left the box, just kept saying that once it's shipped it’s the customer's responsibility. That felt like being blamed for a delivery mistake we didn’t make. The clothes themselves? I never got to feel the fabric, never got to try the dress or the knit — which is the worst part. I like the look of the items and I was looking forward to wearing them, sigh, but instead I was stuck explaining things over and over to support. At first they said they'd cancel this order, which eased things a bit, but then they warned we might be charged in full if it happens a second time. For items they allegedly sent to the wrong place? That doesn’t sit well. The back-and-forth with customer service kept circling policy language and “we can’t share” instead of actually checking with the courier or offering a helpful next step. If you plan to order, keep screenshots and be ready to push for specifics — ask for the delivery photo, confirm the GPS pin, that sort of thing. I’d give them another shot if they showed better follow-through with carriers and clearer answers, because the stuff looked nice, but right now it’s a frustrating experience.
Delayed order, missing items
Delayed order, missing items
DeliveryI've been using this clothing rental service for a while now, but my latest order was such a mess that I've decided to stop. My mom tried it for the first time, and it was a total disaster. She ordered her clothes way ahead of time for a trip, but the order never even shipped. When she contacted customer service, they owned up to the mistake but didn't offer any fix.

DeliveryOh man, I was really looking forward to getting my clothes from Nuuly for my big trip. But then they totally messed up and sent the outfits back to themselves instead of sending them to me! I had to email them a bunch of times just to get my money back. It was such a disappointment, eh.
