Kohl's - Reviews and experiences

Today was a real tough one dealing with the return policy at this store. Lately, it's been one thing after the other with bank accounts getting hacked and family members getting sick, so I was already feeling stressed out. But let me tell you, Linda from customer service was an absolute gem. She was so calm and kind, she even offered to pray for me and my family. Her kindness really touched my heart and brought some light into this dark month. Thank you so much, Linda.

My recent visit to the store was so frustrating. I bought some clothes and accessories, but had to return and exchange them for stuff I couldn't find in the store. When I tried to exchange them, I was surprised to see that I had to pay more for the new items, even though I had the original Kohl's cash. Not only that, the customer service was really slow and unhelpful - they made me wait in line to buy the items again. It was such a waste of my time and left me so annoyed. And to top it all off, when I tried to follow up through chat, they told me I had to send an email instead. It was just adding insult to injury.
