DeliveryI recently bought some stuff from this store – got some birthday dresses for a little girl and a fancy gown for a charity do. The birthday dresses got to me in good time, no issues there. But, big mess-up with the gown. I double-checked my shipping address and billing address, all good. But somehow, they sent the gown to the wrong address in Pennsylvania. I contacted customer service with my Order #, and they said they'd refund me for the gown. But, when I checked my account, they credited me for the cheaper birthday dresses instead. I reached out again to fix it, and they told me they couldn't refund me for the gown because of some system error that messed up my address. I don't get why they could fix things for the birthday dresses, but not for the gown. The whole thing made me so frustrated and let down by their customer service.

DeliveryI ordered some pants online, but they never showed up, eh! I got an email saying they were on their way, but when I checked the tracking, it just said a label was made, you know. I contacted customer service, and they kept telling me to wait longer, eh. But I don't even need the pants anymore, and this has happened to me a few times now with this store, you know. I used to love shopping here, but their service has really gone downhill, eh.
