Shoes delivery time

Honestly, the kicks I bought were great - just like they said they would be. But for real, how come there's no discount or coupon for my next purchase? Show some love to your loyal customers, eh!
Way of Wade basketball shoes
I bought a pair of basketball shoes for my son from KicksCrew, specifically the Way of Wade model. Unfortunately, the shoes started falling apart after just a few uses. The insole came off from the side of the shoe, so they couldn't be worn anymore. I reached out to KicksCrew to ask if I could swap the faulty shoes, even offering to cover the shipping and restocking fee. But they said no and didn't provide any help. It's really disappointing how they don't take responsibility or care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend buying from KicksCrew because they don't back up their products and end up leaving customers with low-quality items and less money.
