ServiceI had the absolute worst experience with this company, eh! I ordered two pairs of shoes, and they ended up sending me two of the exact same shoes, and not even the ones I picked out. When I phoned customer service to try to sort it out, they had the nerve to ask for pictures and emails. Can you believe that, eh? I contacted them to fix the mistake they made, and now they're trying to blame me. I totally can't stand this company, eh.

ServiceI had to cancel an order from this store because I ordered the wrong size. Luckily, Jorge A., the customer service rep, was very helpful and quickly helped me cancel the order. His professionalism and quick response really impressed me. I'm thankful for his great service and will definitely shop here again in the future.
