I was literally debating whether to buy this a few days before my event — I wasn't sure if it would get here in time, I almost ordered from someone else, and then I clicked “add to cart” and paid the extra $25 for two-day shipping because I thought, fine, just get it over with. Next day there was no tracking email, so I called. Big mistake, or at least not helpful. I spoke to Nick who pretty much told me I should’ve known better since the order was placed on Thursday and that it wouldn’t arrive until next Thursday. Even after I said I paid for two-day, his answer didn’t change. Felt like he didn’t care, honestly.

I ordered a pair of sandals from this Canadian company, but they never showed up. The tracking number didn't work, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service for help and a refund, I didn't hear back. It was really disappointing and annoying to deal with the lack of communication and not getting the issue resolved.

I recently bought something online right before the holidays and paid extra for next day delivery. But it's been a week and my order still isn't here. I tried contacting customer service but they couldn't help me at all. I even made a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau to make sure other customers don't have the same problem.
