PriceI just bought some shoes online and honestly, it was a really bad experience. The website didn't give me a clear idea of how much I was going to pay before I actually bought the shoes. When I finished ordering, I got hit with extra fees like shipping, taxes, and import duties that I had no clue about beforehand. That's not cool at all and it feels like they were hiding information from me on purpose.

PriceEven though I heard some mixed reviews about the customer service at Kenneth Cole, I thought I'd give them a try and ordered a pair of shoes online. Ordering went pretty well, but I did run into a few glitches on the website. Luckily, I managed to finish my purchase without any big problems, so I was happy about that. The only thing that bugged me a bit was that the prices were a bit higher than other brands I usually check out, which made me think twice about my purchase.
