CheckoutDespite the fact that this brand has products of good quality, I had a big problem with my recent online purchase. I bought a pair of shoes and then saw that they put two holds on my bank account, which led to an overdraft fee. This isn't the first time this has happened with this brand, and it's just not okay. When I reached out to customer service, they tried to say they only put one hold, but my bank said otherwise. I'm really let down by the lack of honesty and responsibility from this brand, especially considering they have such a good reputation.
