I bought some underwear from their website not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm super let down by their customer service. It's been two weeks since I ordered, and my package still hasn't shown up. And when I tried to get help from their customer service team, it was a total disaster. It's like talking to a brick wall - they just ignore everything I say in my emails. This lack of communication and help is just not okay with me, so I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on.

I bought something a few weeks back and the service I got was terrible. They said the thing I got was in stock but it hasn't been sent out even after almost two weeks. They haven't said anything about the delay and it's really annoying. The only reason they give is blaming covid-19. My 5-year-old niece could have done a better job. No wonder my friends have switched to different brands and tease me for still sticking with this company. Hanes needs to get with the times and improve their service.

I bought some cotton stuff from this store the other day - like shirts and shorts - and man, was I let down. The fabric wasn't soft like I expected, it felt kinda cheap and rough against my skin. And to top it off, I got a bra with a scratchy clasp that was so uncomfortable, I had to toss it out not long after I got it. It's really disappointing to see this brand's quality going downhill like that.

I was so disappointed with the white briefs I bought in a multipack. The fit was all over the place - some were way too tight and others were too loose. And to make matters worse, the seams started to come apart after just a few washes. I used to be a big fan of this brand, but now I'm feeling let down by the poor quality of their products.

The company doesn't offer free shipping, which sucks. The selection on the website is pretty limited, and only some stuff is available, which can be annoying for customers. Including white undies in the bigger packs is kinda pointless and not really what most customers want. It also seems like the company and its retailers aren't talking enough, especially about having the right sizes in stock. All in all, the whole experience wasn't great.

The customer service at this place is just awful. Their return policy is a joke, taking 3 weeks to process returns which is totally out of touch. When I called to ask about my return, they couldn't even tell me when they got it. I had to use my USPS tracking number to find out. Every time I called for an update, all they said was "wait three weeks." No other information, no hint of when they got my item, just a cold response to wait. This lack of care and communication is not okay.

I recently bought four pairs of pajama pants from this company. They had a deal for free shipping when you join, so I thought that was pretty cool. But then, surprise surprise, my order got canceled because they said they were out of stock, even though the website said they had them in the sizes and colors I wanted. I gave them another chance and ordered the same pants the next day when they said they were back in stock, but this time I had to pay for shipping and the price was higher. And guess what? Cancelled again for the same reason! The website kept showing the pants as available, which was super frustrating. I've had enough of this nonsense, so I won't be going back to this site to buy anything else.

I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but I'm really let down by the recent quality of the stuff I bought. The underwear I got fell apart at the waistband after only three washes, which is just not right. And the t-shirts, even though they're supposed to be 100% cotton, feel sticky and stretchy like polyester. They're so thin that you can see right through them when I wear them. I've been around for a while as a customer, and I think I deserve higher quality products. I won't be coming back to this company.
