    Love FarmRio, discounts, customer service

    I really love this place, eh! The folks who work there are super nice and always help me out when I mess up. One time, I totally forgot to use my discount code when I was ordering my stuff, but they gave me a refund so I didn't have to start all over. That's pretty awesome, don't you think? Plus, the clothes are so cute - I always find something I like.

    I've been really loving this clothing brand's work for a while now, and I finally decided to treat myself to one of their jackets. When it arrived, it was packaged so nicely, which showed me just how much care they put into their products. The jacket was even better quality than I expected, and getting it on sale made it feel like a great investment. I'm super happy with my new jacket and can definitely say this brand is now one of my faves.

    I really like this store, eh? The clothes are super cool and different, and the customer service is top-notch. Whenever I buy something, it comes fast and looks nice. They also plant trees with every purchase, which is great for the environment. This is definitely where I always go when I want to shop!

    Recent order experience in Europe

    I recently ordered from a company in Europe, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. I never got my order and when I tried to reach out to customer service, I got no response, not once but twice. The automated message I finally got said my order was canceled because they didn't have enough inventory, but that doesn't explain why I was kept in the dark for so long. I had to contact customer service two more times just to ask for my money back, and I still haven't gotten it. It was so frustrating and now I'm really disappointed with the whole experience.

    So I bought something at this store and then they had a sale right after. I chatted with Amanda from customer service and gave her my order number. She helped me out a lot by adjusting the price with a gift card and an extra $10. It was all done super fast, like only took around 10 minutes. I really like how the store sticks to their policy and makes it simple for customers to make the most of sales.

    The customer service at this place is just amazing. I had to talk to Erica about a few issues with my order, and let me tell you, she is a true gem. When an item I ordered wasn't available in my size, Erica not only said sorry but also gave me a nice discount code for my next purchase. Today, when I tried using that code, it didn't work. But who came to the rescue? Erica, once again. And just when I thought I was done bothering her, I realized I picked the wrong size after ordering! I messaged Erica, and she replied quickly, promising to fix it. Even though it was my mistake, Erica was so understanding and fixed the order perfectly. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Farm Rio's clothes and focus on sustainability were already impressive, but Erica's fantastic customer service has made them my number one choice. Thank you so much!

    Please help! I ordered a dress on Black Friday and it was lost in the mail - I was then told that the dress was out of stock. However, I was able to order the dress again online and it is being delivered but is now $300 more than the original. My original order was (871267) and the new order I placed is (938646). DHL has confirmed the dress will be delivered - I think it’s terrible customer service to charge me an extra $300 dollars for a mistake on the couriers part and then to be lied to about the stock availability. Feels like a scam to get people to pay more. I have tried reaching out but get no response about this issue.
