Middle priced watch
Middle priced watch
OverallI recently ordered a watch online that was priced in the middle range. The delivery was on time and everything went smoothly. But after checking out some reviews from other customers, it looks like my experience was more of a lucky break. A lot of people have shared worries about buying pricey stuff from the same platform. Now I'm feeling a bit unsure about making any big buys from there in the future.
Wrong product, insufficient compensation, high customs fees, faulty product outside warranty period

OverallI can't believe this company, eh! I ordered something from them, and they sent me the wrong thing. They didn't do much to make up for their mistake, and on top of that, they couldn't even send me the right thing 'cause it was out of stock. To make things worse, I had to fork over a bunch of money in customs fees for this thing I never even wanted. And to top it all off, the keyboard kit they sent me conked out after just a month. And get this - they wouldn't help me fix it 'cause apparently, it's not covered by their return or warranty policy anymore. What a joke, eh! I really hope this company goes under so others don't have to deal with their lousy products and awful customer service.
