I was halfway through setting up the new amp when I realized, oddly, that the whole hassle was worth it. I needed better monitoring after moving my studio and my old setup was giving me neck strain during long mixes, so I ordered a specific DAC/headphone combo. Shipping dragged at first and I called twice, which felt useless, but then someone actually replied and offered a replacement cable and a tracking update. The unit arrived in decent packaging, worked straight away and reduced the strain — subtle but real. Not perfect, service took its time, and price is okay, but that moment I pressed play and it just sat right, I was relieved.

I bought something recently and I was supposed to get it by a certain date, but it keeps getting delayed without a good reason. The company isn't giving me much info or keeping me updated on my order, which is really frustrating. I know that stuff happens that can slow things down, like production issues, but the way customer service has been handling this situation is not great.

So I made an online order not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. First off, there was no way to talk to a real person right away to sort things out. I had to wait days just to get an email back about where my order was. And to top it off, I was told my order would be here by 4/10, but it didn't show up until 4/20. And even though they said they'd give an update on 4/20, they never got back to us. The whole thing was just a mess - waiting forever and then having slow shipping on top of it all. Just not a good experience overall.
