Slow start, decent finish

Delivery

Doubted shipping, remembered past bad service, pleasantly surprised.

Box arrived, totally broken

Delivery

demand tracking and please call often.

Finally worth it

Delivery

expect a long lead time, but product itself was worth it.

delivery and follow-up.

Finally decent shipping

Delivery

I ordered this because my cheap office board had my wrists buzzing — wanted something sturdier. First, I was wary about shipping but it showed up faster than I remembered, no fuss. The keyboard itself feels solid, switches smooth and a little quieter than I expected; keycaps have a nice texture. Customer support answered a small question quickly. Still a bit skeptical, but pretty pleased.

Not worth the hype, but it works

Delivery

decent enough, not worth the price. I saw these on a mech keyboard subreddit and a coworker swore they were the real MT3 deal, so I ordered. Waited about three weeks. Package arrived with the box already split open and keys scattered, a couple were missing. The caps feel okay, pretty similar to the cheap ones I grab from Ali, which is annoying because those cost way less. They type fine though. Also the seller kept sending promo emails — thankful I used a relay address. Wouldn't buy again unless price drops.

Doorstep surprise and a long wait

Delivery

I was halfway through my morning when the courier called—three weeks after ordering, and then asked for another delivery fee. I had already paid the company to bring the headphones to my door, so that extra charge felt like a bait-and-switch. To make it worse, they didn't include customs/duties in the price like other international shops I use, so I ended up paying close to 20% on top. I emailed customer service, explained everything, and their reply was basically "we didn't collect it so we can't refund it"—no real help, just a link to a delivery policy page. I used to have smoother experiences buying from other places, so this was disappointing. The headphones work fine, but the whole buying/arrival process left a bad taste and I'm honestly hesitant to order from them again.

Headphones purchase

Delivery

I was kinda bummed about the headphones I bought from Drop not too long ago. It took forever for them to arrive, like a whopping 3 weeks, which was a big hassle. And then, to top it off, I had to pay an extra delivery fee that they didn't even tell me about when I bought them. I was so annoyed with the lack of transparency about those extra costs. On top of that, I had to fork out unexpected customs fees, hiking up the cost by almost 20%. When I tried to talk to the customer service about all this, they gave me some generic response and pointed me to an article on their website. Overall, the whole ordeal left me feeling unsatisfied and not wanting to order from Drop again in the future.

Running shoes purchase

Delivery

I can't believe I trusted this place for a deal on some running shoes, eh. It's been nearly a month and still no sign of my order. Their customer service is a total joke - updates are late, they never respond, and all they do is say they're too busy. I can't even get help on their discussion board. What a waste of my time and money, eh!

Delayed Delivery

Delivery

My experience with Drop was not great at all. The ordering process was fine, but when it came to the delivery, it was a total disaster. It took more than three weeks for my order to finally show up, which is just not okay nowadays. And the fact that they don't let FedEx hold packages at nearby pick-up spots is a real pain. You'd think a company from a big city would know better about providing convenient delivery choices. All in all, I was really let down by my experience with them.

New headphones

Delivery

I bought some headphones from that place, eh? But now they really suck, eh. They were good before, but now they won't ship my stuff, lie about it, and ignore my emails, eh. I still have orders waiting, but I don't think they'll ever come, eh. There are so many other places to shop at that actually care about their customers, eh. I'd honestly get better service from some unknown Chinese company than from those guys, eh. They should just change their name to 'Massive Disappointment' again, eh.

Watches and headphones

Delivery

Eh, over the past year, I've bought some watches and headphones from Drop a few times. Even though the prices are about the same in Canadian dollars as they are in US dollars because of import duties and customs fees, I've still found some good deals. You gotta watch out for the delivery dates though, not everything ships right away after you order. I've been pretty impressed with the quality and value of the stuff that Drop brands themselves. And if you ever need to cancel an order before it's shipped, it's a simple and easy process.

Electronics

Delivery

The delivery time for my recent electronics purchase took way longer than I thought it would. They did warn me in advance that there might be delays and the dates were not set in stone, so I can't really blame them for that. If people are mad about it, it just shows they didn't bother to read the fine print. I have come across some great deals on the website, but other times they're just okay, depending on the brand. The only problem I've run into is the current high value of the dollar.
