    Sonar system versatility and long battery life

    I've been using the sonar system for a few years now and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for me. Compared to other systems out there, this one is super versatile.     Sonar charging issue

    I recently had to call customer service because I was having trouble charging my sonar. Turns out, I hadn't closed the two pieces together properly, and it caused some water damage to the important electronic bits. But, the customer service folks were super quick to help out and figure out the problem. They didn't waste any time and offered to send me a refurbished replacement for a good deal.     Bank fishing device

    This device has really changed the game for me when I go fishing at the bank. Being able to cast it out is so handy, I even use it when I'm out fishing on my kayak.     My broken fish finder

    The other day, I had a question aboot this big rubber thing on my fishing stuff 'cause it was kinda coming off a bit. I sent a message and these guys got back to me super quickly - like, within 6 hours! They even sent me a photo to show me how to fix it.     Battery replacement service

    I jut reached out to the company about my battery dying really fast. I sent them an email and got a quick reply within a few hours.     Smartphone holder for selfie stick

    I needed a little holder for my phone to stick onto my selfie stick that I use with my action camera. The Deeper product worked great for me. It's small enough to fit in my camera bag without any issues, so it's super easy to bring along wherever I go.     Deeper connection troubleshooting

    I had some trouble getting my device to connect to my Deeper recently. So I contacted customer service for help and they were super helpful. The person I spoke to was really patient and knew what they were talking about. They helped me figure out that the problem was actually on my end. Once I fixed it, my Deeper worked perfectly. I definitely suggest getting one if you're into fishing. It's a great tool to add to your gear.

    Premium membership not accessing bathymatic maps

    Even though I had a fancy membership, I couldn't check out the bathymatic maps like everyone else could. So, I got frustrated and decided to contact support for some help. To my surprise, they got back to me super quick and gave me a fix that solved the problem right away. I was pretty impressed by how fast and pro they were.
