Hey there, so I just ordered some new clothes from this store. The website was really user-friendly, and I found some super cute items to purchase. I can't really give my opinion on how the clothes are in person just yet, but they looked amazing online! The shipping fee was a bit on the pricier side, but I assume that's because the clothes are made overseas. All in all, I'm really looking forward to receiving my new outfits!

Even though my issue got fixed by customer service, I need to mention how disappointed I was with the representative's attitude. I bought something on Black Friday when they were 50% off. The discount worked during checkout and showed the right price. But when my purchase was confirmed, I was charged the full price. I reached out to customer service through live chat to fix it. At first, the representative offered me a gift card for the price difference and implied it was my fault for not checking the code properly. Even though the evidence showed the code was applied correctly, I felt the demeaning remarks were unnecessary and unprofessional.

Oh my goodness, I ordered this thing for my friend's birthday and it was a complete disaster. They told me they ship internationally, but then they asked for more money for shipping to Europe. And on top of that, there were additional costs at customs! Like, seriously, what's up with that? It was such a chaotic situation and they didn't even give me a heads up about all these extra expenses. Not cool at all.

Who wouldn't love a company that offers such fun and interactive toys for kids, eh? We play with the play food and market stand every day, it's always bringing hours of entertainment and imaginative play. Our little ones absolutely love the climbing cube, and we're excited to add the kitchen stand to our collection. The quality of the products is amazing, and they're made with fun and safety in mind. The customer service is exceptional, always ready to help and answer any questions. The only downside is the pricing, it can be a bit high, but for the quality and entertainment value, it's worth it. Overall, I highly recommend Coco Village to anyone looking for unique and engaging toys for their children, eh.
