Christmas gift for granddaughter

So I made an order on November 25th for this thing that was in stock at the time, with the idea of giving my 20-month-old granddaughter a special Christmas surprise. I got an email saying the thing was on its way, so I waited all excited for it to arrive. But then I looked at the UPS shipping history and it turns out they only made the label for it, never actually shipped it out. So I got in touch with the online chat support and they told me it was out of stock now, and they offered me some other options instead. The problem was, there weren't really any good alternatives, which made me pretty upset because my granddaughter won't be getting the one thing her parents really wanted her to have for Christmas. I never got an explanation for what happened, or why they never sent the order out, so now I'm feeling frustrated and not too happy about the whole thing.

Christmas gifts for my 2 and a half-year-old son

I made two orders with Coco Ville back on November 26th for Christmas presents, one going to the States and the other coming to Canada. It's now December 24th, and the package for the States hasn't arrived yet. My son was really excited to open his gifts on Christmas morning, but now it looks like he won't have anything to unwrap. I reached out to customer service over a week ago, but all I got was an automated response. This delay has been really frustrating, and I won't be shopping here again.

Slow shipping, poor craftsmanship

My experience with this company was pretty disappointing overall. It took way too long for my order to be shipped - like over a month! I even had to contact customer service to ask what was up. They put me on some "priority" list to speed things up a bit, but still. And when my order finally arrived, one of the pieces was all messed up. I had to contact customer service again for a replacement, which took forever for them to get back to me. The product itself is okay, but honestly, it wasn't worth all the trouble I went through just to get it. Dealing with Coco Village was a frustrating experience, so I won't be buying from them again.

Back-to-school items

I ordered some back-to-school stuff on June 27th but my order didn't even start being shipped until July 30th because some things were out of stock. The whole order wasn't even completed and I had to keep calling customer service to get any updates. They gave me some money back for what was missing, but didn't do anything else to make it right. This whole situation made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. The bad inventory system and customer service left me in a tough spot, just two weeks before school begins. Getting a refund doesn't really help me with the things I really need for school.

Delayed shipping

I'm so fed up with the customer service here. I placed my order weeks ago and it still hasn't been sent out. Every time I reach out, all I hear are excuses about being swamped with orders. They keep saying my order will be shipped soon, but that "soon" never arrives! The arrival dates they give me are laughable. The cute stuff and good prices just aren't worth the hassle. Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere that respects their customers.

Balance board and makeup kit

I was really excited to order a balance board and makeup kit from Coco Village, especially with the Black Friday sale. I placed my order back in September, knowing that the balance board was on back order, but they said it would ship by the end of October. Unfortunately, October passed, and I still didn't have the balance board. To top it off, it was missing for my grandson's birthday. I contacted customer service to ask for a price adjustment since both items were now 50% off for Black Friday, but they said no. They only offered to send the makeup kit so I could have it in time for Christmas. I was so let down by the poor communication and service from Coco Village. I used to recommend them, but now I won't shop there again.
