Home appliance
I just bought an appliance for my home from that store, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. It got to me right on time, but when I opened it up, I saw that a little piece was missing. I sent an email to the company, and they got back to me right away. They sent me a new piece without any problems. I'm happy with the product and the great customer service they gave me.
Chair assembly parts
I bought some chair parts at this store not too long ago, and had a bit of trouble with some screws that weren't holding things together right. But let me tell you, Farrah and Yvonne were real lifesavers! They were so quick to help me out and sent me a new part right away. Now my chair is all put together and working great. Super happy with the product and the awesome service from Farrah and Yvonne.
Metal outdoor stool
I picked up this metal patio stool set because I already had 2 and they looked great in my backyard. One of the new stools had a wonky leg, but when I let them know, they sent a replacement part right away. Now I have 4 awesome stools for my bar table!
