I got those patio chairs from this store and they arrived right on time. Putting them together was a breeze, which was a nice surprise. Even though I didn't end up using the extra parts, it was nice to see that they included one of each screw, washer, and part just in case. At one point, I thought the tools were missing from one of the boxes, but the customer service team got back to me really quickly. Turns out, the tools had just slipped off the garage floor! Still, I was impressed by how fast they got back to me. Overall, the furniture is super sturdy and well-made, plus the customer service was fantastic.

They sent me to a different website, and I got to say, their customer service team was on it. They promised to send me a new part and they actually did, and it got here pretty quick. It wasn't next day or nothing, but they really handled my problem well. It gives me a good feeling about sticking with that online store for future shopping.
