TrackingI bought some moisturizers from this company not too long ago, and to be honest, it wasn't the best experience. It took more than two weeks just to get half of my order, and they didn't give me any tracking info or updates while processing it. I was pretty much left in the dark until one day, part of my order finally arrived out of the blue. When I reached out to customer service about the missing items, they said they were backordered and would ship the next week. But then another three weeks went by without any updates or replies to my emails. The company's lack of communication and transparency is just not cool, and it's making their customer service look pretty bad.
