Returns & RefundsI picked up two products from this company the other day, but unfortunately, they didn't agree with my skin. I was pretty bummed out and wanted to return them right away. But when I tried to get a hold of customer service through their website, it was a total mess. I sent them a bunch of emails, but got zero response back. It was so frustrating not hearing back from them, made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. I couldn't even find a phone number or address on their website to try another way to contact them. Overall, super disappointed with the poor customer service from this company.
