PriceI filled up my cart with stuff and tried to pay, but they were asking for way too much money for things I didn't even really want. I tried to get help but got no answer at all. So frustrating, I won't be going back there again.

PriceI recently had a frustrating experience with customer service while trying to order beauty products. Their website said free shipping for orders over $50, but they charged me for extra items to reach that amount. When I reached out for help, the customer service was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. It was really disappointing how unprofessional they were and they didn't seem to care about making customers happy. I like their products, but the bad service is a deal breaker for me. Hopefully, they do better in the future.
